During these 10 days classes, we will take students through an in-depth exploration of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Suryanamaskar A to Navasava，Back Bending and Finishing Sequence. We might take student go through the whole of yoga chikitsa (第一系列) which will depend on the condition of student in the class. In case of the body is not ready for the whole series yet we will give the idea for doing preparation. So after finishing the course student can do their own practice and prepare body for the next step of practice at home.
We also take looking at correct alignment, practice and develop Ujjayi breathing, drishti (凝思点), exploration of natural Bandha.
Besides all technique mentioned above, we also introduce Sanskrit counted method for daily morning practice and slowly take student go deeper into their own counting which is the way of movement meditation.
